Our Services

Lift Contract Services provides it’s clients with Contract Performance Management services.  Reports are provided monthly in the form of Monthly Building / Unit Reports and monthly Cumulative Reports (also produced annually).

A list of services provided include:
  • Analysis of call backs, breakdowns, and specific data pertaining to reasonable accurate performance of every lift and escalator
  • Providing building occupancy status reports
  • Providing specific detail pertaining to credits due as a result of low building tenancy (lift under utilisation) and those due when standards of lift and escalator performance are not being performed in accordance with the contractual standards agreed
  • Claiming on behalf of the client, all credits due when the contract penalty conditions are exceeded, as well as low building occupancy discounts
  • Following up to ensure that the credits are passed and recording all the relevant financial detail in the Annual Report
  • Resolving issues of disagreement in respect of the penalties imposed with the lift companies and other informed and involved parties
  • Providing the National and Regional Managers  with specific lift and escalator performance data that will facilitate them becoming more focussed on areas requiring their management intervention
  • Providing Lift Contractors with data on their areas of  poor performance
  • Providing a specimen copy of the Building Downtime and Fault Register and assist them in familiarising their staff in its function, how to manage the information and onward transmission thereof
  • Ensuring the Monthly and Annual Reports also take into account the status of all units and buildings to accommodate changes
  • Enhancing and facilitating general communication between the Client, the Lift Contractors and Lift Consultants
